Delivery
You will receive delivery of your garment at the end of its production period. This will normally take 2 months from the date you have ordered. If your garment is ready before that we will ship it out to you sooner. The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate.
For the pop-up shop we will be collecting a bulk shipments at the end of our full production cycle. This means you will receive your garment at the beginning of July.
To ensure your lovely garment arrives with you safely we have opted for the following standard delivery options.
In the UK: Post Office Special DeliveryTM Next Day at £5.50
Outside the UK : Post Office Airsure® at £10.00

Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; CHOOLIPS advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
Returns/Exchanges
As your garment is custom made to order we cannot offer any returns or exchanges, unless it is faulty. The decision for this is at our discretion.
Your fabric is made with 100% local Ghanaian Cotton. It is hand-dyed and printed and due the nature of the Batik process there will be colour variation. This will be slight and within tolerance adding individuality to each garment. Refunds or exchanges due to these reasons is at our discretion.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
We are a young company working with a sustainable supply chain. Our quality control is very tight and happens at three stages throughout our production process to ensure your garment is of the highest quality before it reaches our studio in the UK. Again here we check the quality for you, to be certain that it has been produced and cared for on its long journey to you. These are all necessary steps to be certain that it has no faults so we can guarantee our sustainable ambition and reduce waste.
Please ensure you take a look at our size and shape guide to make sure you are ordering the right size and shape for you. We will not be able to accept any returns if the size or style are not right for you personally. If you feel it is not quite right afterall we would like to encourage you to pass your garment on to someone who will love and treasure it. This way we all reduce waste.
